1. The State of Utah has reached a "functional zero" in chronic homelessness.
Lloyd Pendleton, head of the Utah Homeless Task Force; Kerry Bate, head of the Greater Salt Lake Housing Authority and Matt Minkevitch from The Road Home Shelter talk about how they implemented the most successful homeless to housing program in the country. 2. Safe Parking - wouldn't it be great to have a safe plce for people who are homeless and living in their cars to park? Well, Santa Barbara did it and Kristine Schwarz from New Beginnings came to Los Angeles to talk about how they created an organized, systemiatic, safe program that moves people from their cars into housing. Moderated by Scott Sale, Westside Coalition and Leo Baeck Temple.

3. Mobile showers and lavatories on buses - Leah Filler from Lava Mae in San Francisco walks us through the process of how they created an incredible environment where people experiencing homelessness can take a shower for a change. Moderated by CA State Senator Holly Mitchell.
